The Meaning of Our Name

Havia’s name is a reflection of heritage. In modern Persian, the word

caviar is written as كافيار (kâvyâr). Its roots pass through Ottoman

Turkish (havyar), borrowed from Old Persian خاويار (khâvyâr). From

this lineage came Havia, a name that honors the timeless origins of

caviar while giving it a fresh identity for today’s tables.

Designing the Havia Experience

At Havia, we believe the experience begins long before the first

taste. That is why we collabo-rated with an Argentinean designer

to create a tin as refined as the caviar it carries. Every detail was

considered - the depth of color, the shape, the finish - all crafted

to evoke elegance and anticipation from the moment it is placed
